WCAS Chapter waterfowl hike at Whalon Lake (Royce Rd, Naperville, IL 60565). This spot is an up-and-coming hotspot for winter waterfowl and gulls. It’s also a known spot for Merlins during the colder months. We will scope the lake and take a short hike around the preserve on the paved bikeway. It is often chilly and windy at Whalon, so please dress appropriately.
