The Fox River is one of the best birding locations in Northern Illinois. The Fox runs 202 miles, originating in southeastern Wisconsin and emptying into the Illinois River in Ottawa, IL. Seven of the top 20—and 11 of the top 30— birdwatching hot spots in Kane County are on the Fox River. In this presentation, journalist, photographer and birder John Sprovieri will take you on a guided tour of the river through the four seasons.
